A while ago, We gave it a new chance and found the quality had improved. Boy were we all happy. But that experience is not consistent and rarely an A+. On more popular days perhaps there is a different chef because dishes tend to be better - Sunday nights are always a gamble.
We love Thai and feel Maplewood deserves better. In fact, I believe you guys at Wild Ginger can do better. My first time dining here, after shopping in the village at Kimaya's Kloset. Had a great early dinner with my mom. Amazing flavor, portions, and service.
